The Barah Valley (Urdu: وادی براہ) is a village in Gilgit Baltistan. Barah Valley is 100 km[1] from Skardu in the east. The valley is located on the bank of Shyok river in the Khaplu, (Ghanche District) of Baltistan.
Agriculture
Barah is famous for its apricots, fruit and trout fishes.
Etrhnography
The people are Balti and mostly belongs to Noorbakshia[2] and Sunni sects of Islam.
