Emanuel Viktor Voska, born 1875 in Kutná Hora, Bohemia, died April 1, 1960 in Ruzyně prison in Prague, Czechoslovakia, U.S. intelligence agency officer (World War I and World War II) who died in Czechoslovak prison.
Before World War I he was extensively working with Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk (1850–1937), first President of the Czechoslovakia. His intelligence activities are credited with the exposure of the Hindu–German Conspiracy.
