The text seems to read:

Fluuius quem heridanũ
dicunt hab& stellas pri
mo flexu iii scđo iii ter
tio vii quae dicuntur
ora nili summa xiii
huic sub ẽ stella quę
canopus appellatur.

In standard orthography:

Fluvius quem Eridanum dicunt habet stellas primo flexu III, secundo III, tertio VII, quae dicuntur ora Nili, summa XII, huic sub est stella quae Canopus appellatur.

In English:

The river that they call <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eridanus_(constellation)" class="extiw" title="en:Eridanus (constellation)">Eridanus</a> has three stars in the first bend, three in the second, and seven in the third, which are called the mouths of the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nile" class="extiw" title="en:Nile">Nile</a>, (for a) total of 13, (and) under this is the star which is named <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canopus" class="extiw" title="en:Canopus">Canopus</a>.
