Summary
Please don't remove this logo again. The legal situation is correct for Wikipedia. I just don't find a fully appropriate entry in "Licensing".
To make things clear: The company Intevation GmbH owns the copyright of the logo. It has been released under GNU GPL. I can re-license it under LGPL for use in Wikipedia. Because I am the owner of the company.
