Summary
Scan of a postcard featuring English and Japanese language.
English label reads "Truk Island" ... "Truk Islanders in full dress". Japanese label reads 'Pacific Ocean ... something I can't make out ... Island', but the name does not match the Japanese listed as equivalent on the English Wikipedia 'Truk' or 'Truk Lagoon' articles. Perhaps someone can help with that. I assume it's similar to the English, anyway.
Postcard probably made in 1930s, definitely after 1914 and before 1944.
Shows three males, two in the foreground, one up a tree in the background. Foreground left and rear people are dressed in modern clothing. Foreground right is a traditionally dressed Truk Islander, an older male. Traditional dress includes earrings, belt, sleeveless textile pullover, bracelets.
