Pétur Már Sigurðsson is an Icelandic professional basketball coach and a former player. He is currently the assistant coach of Stjarnan top division team and the head coach of Stjarnan u20 team. He is the former head coach of the Fjölnir women's team and former head coach of Premier League team KFÍ[1][2] and former assistant coach of the Icelandic Men's National team. He coached the men's national team during the 2013 Games of the Small States of Europe in the absence of Peter Öqvist. The team finished third with two wins and two losses.[3]
