UTC−04:30 is a time offset that subtracts 4 1/2 hours from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). It was used only in Venezuela,[1] from December 9, 2007[2][3] to May 1, 2016.[4] Currently, Venezuela's time zone is UTC−04:00.
