Events

Joan Gamper returns to the presidency September 17, 1910. The club has near 400 associates and they begin to arise the first problems of professionalism in the players. New victory in the Championship of Catalonia, where the Barcelona does not have rival, and another triumph in the Cup of the Pyrenees. In the Cup of the King, disputed in Bilbao, the Barcelona withdraws after gaining to the Gymnastics of Madrid for 4-0. The losers challenged the party and the confederacy ordered that be to repeated, fact that the azulgranas considered unjust. The high-scoring maximum of the season was the English I Make a racket, discovered coincidentally in a friendly game that played the first one and the second team of the Barcelona. As it lacked people, they invited to form part and I Make a racket left all pleasantly impressed. Al final of the season, after doing 41 goals in 20 parties, returned to its country.[citation needed]
