Section 1 of the highway begins at U.S. Route 165 near the Unincorporated community of Scott at its Southern Terminus. The highway ends at U.S. Route 165/Arkansas Highway 15/Arkansas Highway 256 in the city of England at its Northern Terminus. The second section of the highway begins at U.S. Route 70 in Prothro Junction near North Little Rock at its Southern Terminus. The highway ends at Vandenberg Boulevard in Jacksonville near Little Rock Air Force Base at its Northern Terminus.
