Babken Ararktsyan (Armenian: Բաբկեն Գուրգենի Արարքցյան, born September 16, 1944) is an Armenian Politician. He was Former Chairman of Supreme Council (1991 to 1995), and Speakers of the National Assembly (1995 to 1998).
