Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. Beryl J. Levine (born November 9, 1935 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) was a Justice on the North Dakota Supreme Court from 1985 to 1996. Levine was the first ever female justice on the state's court. Since her retirement in 1996, she resides in Palo Alto, California She is married to Leonard Levine, MD, also originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is the mother of five children, Susan, Marc, Sari, William and David.
