- Men's 20 km walk – 1 quota place (Marco Antonio Rodriguez)
- Men's 50 km walk – 1 quota place (Ronald Quispe)
- Women's marathon – 1 quota place (Rosmery Quispe)
- Women's 20 km walk – 3 quota places (Claudia Balderrama, Ángela Castro, Wendy Cornejo)
Judo

Bolivia has qualified one judoka for the men's middleweight category (90 kg) at the Games. Martin Michel earned a continental quota spot from the Pan American region as Bolivia's top-ranked judoka based on points in the IJF World Ranking List of May 30, 2016.
