Canklow is a suburb of Rotherham, in South Yorkshire, England.
Canklow is less than 1 mile (1.6 km) south from Rotherham town centre and approximately Lua error in Module:Convert at line 272: attempt to index local 'cat' (a nil value). north-east from Sheffield city centre. It forms part of the Boston Castle ward for the Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham.
Canklow Woods Primary School provides primary education, and nearby Oakwood Technology College, secondary.
