Caren Chammas is a Lebanese judoka. Chammas, who is a graduate of the Lebanese American University, has been Lebanese champion for 16 consecutive years. She competed at the Singapore 2010 Youth Games and was placed 7th worldwide,[3] Continental Championships U20, and the 2012 Olympic Games.[4] She won silver and bronze medals at the 2011 Pan Arab Games.

Chammas is the first female judoka to ever participate for Lebanon in the Olympic Games.

In 2014, Chammas grabbed two silver medals in the Asian Beach Games in Phuket, Thailand. The first one was in Beach Sambo (-64 kg) and second silver was in Beach Kurash (-63 kg)
