This category lists people who have been diagnosed with and are currently living with cancer, being treated for cancer, or dying from cancer.

Cancer is a relatively common disease. Generally, this category should include only people who are notable for having cancer, especially those who have voluntarily participated in public advocacy of issues related to cancer, rather than a complete catalog of every single person who has ever experienced a cancer-related medical condition.
