ccPublisher is a computer application, developed by Creative Commons which is intended to simplify the task of applying a Creative Commons license to media files, and to simplify the task of uploading them to an appropriate repository. ccPublisher runs under Linux, Mac OS X (PowerPC only), and Microsoft Windows, although it could hypothetically be compiled under other operating systems.

ccPublisher is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License and is thus free software.[1]

It is no longer under active development.
