Chak No. 18 is a village located 70 kilometres (43 mi) from Lahore, the provincial capital of Punjab, Pakistan.[1] Chak 18 is near the Changa Manga wildlife park.[2] The economy is based on agriculture.[citation needed] It was settled in British India in 1906 on the bank of a canal.

Syeds

The majority of Syeds in Chak No. 18 belong to the Mashhadi tribe, which migrated from Iran. The tribes live in the village and specific colonies have been assigned to each tribe. The shrine of Baba Said is in Chak No. 18. It is one few villages in District Kasur which have substantial Shia community.

Notable school of this area is "The Broadway School". It is run by a highly qualified teachers.
