Dean-Charles Chapman (born 7 September 1997)[1] is an English actor of theatre, film, and television.

Chapman is best-known for his portrayal of the protagonist, Billy, in Billy Elliot the Musical, his role as Stanley in The Revolting World of Stanley Brown and his role as Tommen Baratheon in the fourth, fifth and sixth seasons of the HBO television show Game of Thrones.

Billy Elliot (2009–2011)

Chapman started off playing the role of "Small Boy", and went on to play the character of Michael, Billy's best friend. After Chapman's role as Michael was successful, he was promoted to play the protagonist Billy. Chapman is the second longest serving cast member of the production, and the longest serving "Billy".[4]
