Evan Maureen Ryan is Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA). Prior to becoming Assistant Secretary of State, she served as the assistant for intergovernmental affairs and public liaison for Joe Biden, Vice President of the United States.[2]
Personal life
Ryan is married to Tony Blinken, who has been Deputy Secretary of State since January 2015.[3][4]
