Few Left Standing was a Christian metal and Hardcore band that was signed to Solid State Records. The band's debut album was produced by Living Sacrifice frontman, Bruce Fitzhugh.[4][5] The band has toured with Underoath, Narcissus, and Tantrum of the Muse.
History
Few Left Standing started in 1998 as a hardcore punk. The band signed to Takehold Records in 1999. In 1999 the band recorded their debut album, Regeration of Self. The album was produced by the famed Living Sacrifice vocalist and rhythm guitarist Bruce Fitzhugh.[4][5]
The band released an EP in 2000 to a Independent record label called Tree of Woe.
In the summer of 2000 the band was booked for a tour titled 40 Days of Disaster with the heavy music artists on Takehold. The bands being the now famed Underoath, Narcissus (one member went on to form Inhale Exhale) and Tantrum of the Muse (one member in UnTeachers).[6]
In 2001 the band recorded their sophomore album Wormwood that was released on Takehold as well. In 2002 the band disbanded.
In 2003, Takehold Records was bought out by Tooth and Nail Records where Takehold's catalog would be added to Tooth and Nail Records discography. The albums were released on Solid State Records, an imprint of Tooth and Nail.
