François Arnaud (born François Barbeau; July 5, 1985)[1][2] is a Canadian television, stage and film actor. Arnaud is best known for his performances as Cesare Borgia in Showtime's TV series The Borgias, as Antonin in the French Canadian movie I Killed My Mother (J'ai tué ma mère), and as Oscar in the NBC hit series Blindspot. In Quebec, he is known for his role as Théo in the TV series Yamaska. In 2010, he received a VFCC Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Canadian Film for I Killed My Mother, a 2009 film which received an eight-minute standing ovation at the Cannes Film Festival.[3][4]
Early life
In 2007, Arnaud trained at the Conservatoire d'art dramatique in Montreal.
Personal life
Arnaud dated French Canadian actress Évelyne Brochu.[5] Brochu stated in a 2014 interview that the two were no longer together.[6]
