Francis Ngannou (born September 5, 1986) is a French-Cameroonian mixed martial artist. He is currently competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship as a heavyweight. He has a 7-1-0 record and is currently training with MMA Factory.

Mixed martial arts career
Born in Batié, Cameroon, Ngannou emigrated to France with his family as a toddler. He competed primarily for regional organizations in various locations around Europe, amassing a record of 5 - 1, finishing all of his opponents, before signing with the UFC in the summer of 2015.[3]
Ultimate Fighting Championship
Ngannou made his promotional debut against fellow newcomer Luis Henrique on December 19, 2015 at UFC on Fox 17.[4] He won the fight via knockout in the second round.[5]
Ngannou faced promotional newcomer Curtis Blaydes on April 10, 2016 at UFC Fight Night 86.[6] He won the fight via TKO at the conclusion of the second round.[7]
Ngannou is expected to face Bojan Mihajlović on July 23, 2016 at UFC on Fox 20.[8]
