Georg Sibbern

Georg Christian Sibbern (29 March 1816 - 4 October 1901) was the Norwegian Prime Minister 16 December 1858 - 30 November 1861 and 17 December 1861 - 1 November 1871, son of Valentin Christian Wilhelm Sibbern and Anne Cathrine de Stockfleth.
On 20 November 1852, he married Maria Soane. He was the brother-in-law of Frederik Due.
He completed his examen artium at Oslo Cathedral School in 1831, and graduated in law at the University of Christiania in 1837.[1]
