Gillian Rolton, OAM[1] (born 3 May 1956 in Adelaide, South Australia) is an Australian former Olympics equestrian champion. She competed in two Olympic Games, 1992 Barcelona and 1996 Atlanta, winning a gold medal in team eventing at both competitions; at both games she rode her horse, Peppermint Grove, named after Peppermint Grove in Western Australia.
She was one of the eight flag-bearers of the Olympic flag at the opening ceremony of the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, New South Wales.
She was inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame in 2000.[2]
