Irby H. Koffman (died November 18, 1968) was an American football player and coach and a public school superintendent.[1]
He served as the first head football coach at in the history of Murray State University–then known as Murray State College–in 1924.[2]
After leaving coaching, Koffman served as a public school superintendent at several schools, including Gibson County, Tennessee from 1934 to 1939.[3]
