Jean Muray

Jean Muray (1905 – 1984) was a French writer of novels for young people and a translator of Anglo-Saxon authors (Jack London, Herman Melville, Rudyard Kipling, Barbara Cartland, etc.). He translated over 234 works. He is the father of essayist and novelist Philippe Muray (1945–2006).
