He serves as the Director of the Center for Internet, Communications, and Technology Policy (CICT) at the American Enterprise Institute and Senior Vice President of NERA Economic Consulting and Co-Chair of NERA’s Communications, Media, and Internet Practice.[1][2] Eisenach has participated as an expert in government evaluations of economic and state utility issues in the U.S., Canada, Australia and South America.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]
