John Adams (born December 21, 1982) is a retired American professional ice hockey defenseman. He was selected by the Buffalo Sabres in the 3rd round (82nd overall) of the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.[1]
Adams attended Boston College playing four seasons (2001 – 2005) of NCAA college hockey with the Boston College Eagles, where in his senior year he helped the Eagles to capture the 2005 Hockey East Championship.
Adams went on to play four seasons of professional minor league hockey before retiring following the 2008-09 season.
