Kazuhiko Sugawara

Kazuhiko Sugawara (菅原 和彦 Sugawara Kazuhiko?, born 1 May 1927) is a Japanese former speed skater who competed in the 1952 Winter Olympics.
He was born in Tomakomai.
In 1952 he finished seventh in the 10000 metres competition and 15th in the 5000 metres event.
