Lee Paterson (born 5 July 1981, in Castleford) is an English born professional rugby league footballer of the 2000s and '10s, playing at representative level for Scotland, and at club level for Keighley, York, Rochdale Hornets, Batley, Carpentras XIII, Widnes, Halifax and Featherstone Rovers, as a Wing, Centre, Stand-off, or Loose forward.^[1]

International honours

Lee Paterson won caps for Scotland while at Batley, and Widnes 2007…present 3-caps.

Lee Paterson was named in the Scotland squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.^[3]

Somewhat confusingly, there is a current rugby league Wing/Centre named Lee Patterson, playing at club level for St. Helens, Chorley Lynx, Swinton, Rochdale Hornets and Halifax.
