Resignation

On January 2014, Joseph resigned as editor of Open magazine.[12] Joseph's former colleague Hartosh Singh Bal wrote that while he appreciated the considerable independence Joseph would give to those working with him, he was also disappointed that Joseph did not stand up with greater strength to unreasonable demands and pressures of Open's management.[13]
