Meteor Garden II (Chinese: 流星花園II; pinyin: Liúxīng Huāyuán II) is a 2002 Taiwanese drama starring Barbie Hsu and F4: Jerry Yan, Vic Zhou, Vanness Wu, and Ken Chu. It is the sequel to 2001 Meteor Garden and is based on Japanese shōjo manga series, Hana Yori Dango (花より男子 Boys Over Flowers?), written by Yoko Kamio. It was produced by Comic Ritz International Production (可米瑞智國際藝能有限公司) with zh as producer and directed by zh .
The series was broadcast in Taiwan on free-to-air Chinese Television System (CTS) (華視) from 11 November 2002 to 25 December 2002. The prequel Meteor Garden was broadcast from 12 April 2001 to 16 August 2001 and a supplementary mini-series, Meteor Rain, was produced in 2001 and broadcast following the main series.
This is the second live-action television adaptation of the manga, following its prequel Meteor Garden and followed by Japanese Hana Yori Dango, its sequel Hana Yori Dango Returns and South Korean Boys Over Flowers.

Synopsis
The story opens with the graduation of F4 from Ying De University and subsequently focuses on their life after graduation. It follows the blossoming love story of Shan Cai (Barbie Hsu) and Dao Ming Si (Jerry Yan). The story takes the group to Barcelona, Spain where Dao Ming Si has a car accident and suffers memory loss. He then meets another girl, Ye Sha (Michelle Saram), the driver of the other car. Shan Cai on the other hand tries her best to help Dao Ming Si regain his memory. A swimming accident helps Dao Ming Si regain his memory and returns to his first love Shan Cai.

International broadcast
- The series was aired in the Philippines on ABS-CBN in 2003 and was re-aired by GMA Network in 2007 for their own dubbing version.
- Following its first season, ABS-CBN re-aired the second season of the series from May 12 to May 23, 2014, but the series was cancelled. Jeepney TV also aired the series until July 4, 2014 as Meteor Garden: Season 2 Uncut.
- In the fifth week the second season of Your Face Sounds Familiar, Myrtle Sarrosa impersonated Jerry Yan and performed the song.
- The TV series was aired in Thailand on Channel 3.
