Michael Robert Blazek (born March 16, 1989) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers of Major League Baseball (MLB).

Blazek attended Arbor View High School. The Cardinals selected him in the 35th round, with the 1,068th overall selection, of the 2007 MLB Draft. They promoted Blazek to the major leagues for the first time on May 26, 2013, but he never pitched in a game,[1] before being optioned to AAA-Memphis to make room for Michael Wacha.[2] Blazek was recalled by the Cardinals on June 22, 2013 and made his major league debut the same night in a relief appearance against the Texas Rangers.[3] Blazek faced three batters in the ninth inning, striking out two, giving up no hits, and no walks.[4]

He was traded to the Milwaukee Brewers as the player to be named later for John Axford on September 1, 2013.
