Osage Township is located in LaSalle County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 279 and it contained 128 housing units.[1] Osage Township was formed from Eagle Township sometime prior to September, 1856.

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 38.3 square miles (99 km2), all land.[1]
