Petre Ceapura (born July 12, 1942) is a Romanian rower who competed in the 1968 Summer Olympics, in the 1972 Summer Olympics, and in the 1980 Summer Olympics.
He was born in Jurilovca.
In 1968 he was a crew member of the Romanian boat which finished seventh in the coxed fours event.
Four years later he won the bronze medal with the Romanian boat in the coxed pairs competition.
At the 1980 Games he was part of the Romanian boat which finished fourth in the coxed pairs event.
