Reginald Wordsworth Cecil Fisher (17 April 1872 – 31 December 1939) was an English cricketer. Fisher was a right-handed batsman.

Fisher represented Hampshire in a single first-class match in 1898 against Lancashire.

Fisher died in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire on 31 December 1939.
