Highway 48 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from Highway 1 near White City until the Manitoba–Saskatchewan border, where it becomes Provincial Road 257. Highway 48 is about 239 km (149 mi.) long.

This highway was known as Saskatchewan Highway 16 until 1976. It was renumbered as Highway 48 when the Yellowhead Highway was designated as Highway 16 throughout the province.
