Siteworx, LLC is a digital agency that specializes in experience design, web content management (WCM), eCommerce solutions and systems integration. The agency is best known for its work with large scale commercial companies such as Time Warner Cable, Citrix, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.[1]

Company History

Siteworx was founded in 2002 by Tim McLaughlin and former VP of Creative, Rand Kramer.[2] McLaughlin currently serves as Chairman of the Board.[3] Siteworx secured its first enterprise client in 2007 when Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (MOHG) engaged Siteworx to build and manage MandarinOriental.com.[4] Over the subsequent years, Siteworx built a diverse portfolio composed primarily of large commercial clients.

In 2012, Siteworx received an investment from Riordan, Lewis & Haden, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles, CA that invests in high growth, profitable enterprises with $20–$150 million of annual revenue.[5] In 2013, Siteworx was awarded the 2013 Corporate Growth Award for Corporate Growth Company of the Year ($25M - $75M category) by the National Capital Chapter of ACG (Association for Corporate Growth)[6] and then Siteworx CEO McLaughlin was named as a Finalist for the 2013 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.[7]

In 2014, Adobe Systems named Siteworx its North American Regional Partner of the Year[8] and Intershop appointed Siteworx as a strategic partner for integrating Intershop’s omni-channel commerce platform and Adobe Experience Manager.[9] In the same year, Siteworx appointed Ken Quaglio as President & Chief Operating Officer and brought Bobby Christian onboard as Chief Revenue Officer.[10]

In 2015, Quaglio was promoted to the role of President & Chief Executive Officer,[11] which was followed by a string of key senior hires; notably former Raytheon executive, Lisa Brown, as Chief Financial Officer,[12] former Forrester Research VP/Research Director, Mike Gilpin, as Chief Technology Officer[13] and former Senior VP and Creative Director of Ogilvy & Mather, Greg Johnston, as Executive Creative Director.[14] In the same year, Christian also transitioned into the role of Chief Client Officer.[15]
