Sunderland A.F.C. Academy are the youth team of Sunderland Football Club. It is a member of the Premier Academy League. They have won the FA Youth Cup in 1960, 1961, 2010 and were runners-up in 1958, 2008. The academy team is coached by Ged McNamee, Andy Welsh, Robbie Stockdale, Lewis Dickman, Elliott Dickman, Kevin Ball, Paul Bracewell, Stephen Clemence, Jonjo Dickman, Christopher Blake, Craig Liddle, Stuart Brightwell, Mark Atkinson and Mark Prudhoe.
They play at Eppleton Colliery Welfare Ground or Academy of Light – also Stadium of Light for bigger matches.
