Taskwise Ltd. was founded in 2007 by Karsten Becker, who serves as the companies CEO and John Blasco [1] who serves as the companies CFO. They were later joined by Barry Padgett [2] who came on board as co-founder and chairman of the board.

Company history

The core staff of Taskwise [3] consists primarily of software developers, and this includes an IT team responsible for the development of the task management software through the company website. The IT team developers manage both the desktop tools, and the various hand held applications such as the IPhone and Blackberry mobile devices.

The company currently has offices in England, Spain and United States.

Company’s product

Taskwise is the product of Taskwise Ltd. and serves as a task, project and time management solution for managers and executives.[4] The Software is used as a Service platform (SaaS) as well as a social network platform which allows the integration, delegation and sharing of the information.[5]

By enabling users to prioritize, delegate or share their work, the Taskwise program platform increases the efficiency of core business processes. Taskwise is a product full of task and time management tools that includes online access through a web browser, a desktop application and mobile phones.

In 2011 the latest version of the Taskwise was released [6] to integrate new features previously not included in the original software release.
