VTV4 is a state-owned VTV Network controlled Vietnamese International general news and entertainment channel, broadcast 24 hours a day in Vietnamese for all programmes, English for some programmes and has news bulletins in French, Chinese and Russian.
An international channel launched in 2000, offering a best-of package of programming from the three domestic channels to Vietnamese worldwide, available via cable and satelllite.
