Valarie Carolyn Allman (born February 23, 1995) is an American track and field athlete specializing in the discus throw.[3] She represented her country at the 2017 World Championships without qualifying for the final. In addition, she won a silver medal at the 2017 Summer Universiade.

Her personal best in the event is 64.69 metres set in Palo Alto in 2017.[4]
