Vilde Ingstad (born 18 December 1994) is a Norwegian handball player. She plays for the club Oppsal IF[1] and the Norwegian national team. Starting next season, Ingstad will join the Danish team Team Esbjerg.[2]
She made her debut on the Norwegian national team in 2014.[3]
