Vivian Burnett Whitmore is a one time phone character in the Nancy Drew computer game Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake. She is a former girlfriend of a gangster named Mickey Malone in the late 1920s. She lives in Las Vegas.

She knows all about Malone's house and its secrets. She knows about the speakeasy that is under the house, She knows where to hide if the police came, She knows Malone's gang members and adversaries (like William Akers, Malone's trusted member and Waldo "Baldo" Mathias, a federal agent who Malone always tease.) and she knows who can be invited into Malone's parties like celebrities and media personalities.

She is good friends with Eustacia Andrapov, a cousin of Harry Houdini and one of Nancy Drew's phone friends in The Final Scene. Whitmore said that Andrapov is very old. When Eustacia is at her house, they are playing a game that the loser will pay for the pizza that will be delivered.
