WATY FM 91.3 is a radio station broadcasting a public radio radio format, and having a city of license of Folkston, Georgia, USA.
The station was owned by Okefenokee Educational Foundation, Inc.,[1] but was sold to The Foundation For Public Broadcasting In Georgia,[2] an arm of Georgia Public Broadcasting which also purchased the former commercial stations that are now WGPB FM and WNGH-FM in northwest Georgia. Effective August 31, 2015, WATY was sold to Delmarva Educational Association, at a purchase price of $45,000.
The station currently runs 600 watts and has a construction permit to increase that to 23,000 watts effective radiated power.
