WK&T Local Channel 1 is an American public access television station in Mayfield, Kentucky. The station is the local-access television channel of the cable system of WK&T Telecommunications, a unit of the West Kentucky Rural Telephone Cooperative.

Availability

The channel is viewed on WK&T Cable systems serving Graves, Calloway,[1] Marshall, and Carlisle Counties[2] of Kentucky, as well as Dyer,[3] Gibson,[4] Obion, Henry,[5] and Weakley Counties of northwest Tennessee.[6]

Programming

In addition to locally produced programming, WK&T Local Channel 1 also broadcasts some local high school sporting events (along with WK&T Sports),[7] as well as televised church services origination from Hazel and Trace Creek Baptist Churches.[8] The Hardin Church of Christ also has a history of broadcasting their services on the channel also.[9] Syndicated programming on WK&T Local Channel includes Kentucky Afield, Tennessee's Wild Side, and Music of the Spoken Word.[10]
